Le Zeste Gourmand

The Star Restaurant is open. The decoration style of the restaurant is modern and simple, and the chair and Takao Takano look like the same color. -Welcome snacks: a total of three: salmon crispy slices + cream, slightly thick, but the skin of the salmon is super crispy. The shape of the peas is reminiscent of Japanese flower arrangement, artistic and delicious. The last bite of the bun is not bad. - Frog leg broth: very creamy, the broad beans are beaten into the sauce, the whole is quite fresh, the meat of the frog legs is also good. - Shell Ragout: Mussels, quails, bird&#39;s eyelids and small conch, no sand, good taste, only a slightly fishy one. Seasoned with lemongrass and ginger, strong Asian flavor. The Dutch sauce is also added, so the texture is very creamy. Although it is slightly acidic to relieve the greasy, it still feels a bit thick when it goes down in a bowl. The amount of shellfish is quite large in Michelin, and the food is refreshing. - The veal is slow to cook with the calf thymus: the veal is very tender and the sauce is slightly acidic. The Sweetbreads next to me was the guy who mistakenly thought it was sweet bread when I ordered! Sweetbreads are actually calf thymus, the outer layer is baked hard, and the inside is soft and a little between the liver and the brain? ! It feels quite strange. On the side, it is also equipped with pig skin crisps, which is quite satisfactory. - Apple Japanese dumpling yogurt: If you don&#39;t eat cheese, you can choose yogurt instead. 4 fruit flavors. Finally, I chose Apple Japanese dumplings. It is very refreshing and used to clear the dessert. - pre dessert: slightly acidic pudding is also used to clear the mouth. - Cherry theme dessert: I thought I had chosen a lemon, but finally a cherry? It looked beautiful, so I tried it. The big cherry is the cream inside is super delicate and I like this taste very much. The ice cream on one side is also good, and the bread/cake in the middle feels more general. - Finally, I have to come a chocolate with Italian sweet bread. In other words, the Italian sweet bread of the restaurant version is estimated to be whitened by Italians. The taste is too bad. There are 2 sets of 4 options for the package. The first set is optional: 1 fore dish, 1 main dish, cheese + dessert 90 euros; 1 fore-course, 2 main-course, cheese + dessert 117 euros. Optional in the second set: 4 course, cheese + dessert 137 euros; 5 course, cheese + dessert 150 euros. There is a difference between the two sets of dishes. I wanted to choose the second set, but I asked about the wood roasting and cattle in it. I used Australian-made and cattle. I didn&#39;t think it was worth it. So the first set of 117 euros was actually accompanied by welcome snacks and chocolate + bread after that. It was really full.

Thai Harmonie, which belongs to the category of Thai Food, the taste of the dishes here is not the typical Southeast Asian style. The pot shrimp in it is very clean. But the best dish is the mango sticky rice.

One of my favourite restaurants while visiting Lyon. Service was good and the price was so, so reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Some other restaurants I tried in the area were pricier but nowhere nearly matches up to the quality of this place. It truly is the simple things!

Excellent Discovery Menu of 3 courses dinner with sublime wine pairings throughout. Service was impeccable and a delight.

I would recommend this restaurant.The food and service were superb. We enjoyed all the good food with nice selection of wines. Staffs are friendly and supportive as we couldn&rsquo;t speak French.

Excellent tasting menu.  Service was a bit slow as they were busy and understaffed, but still good.

-Welcome snacks: There are three types in total: anchovy crisps + cream, which are slightly thick, but the anchovy skin is super crispy. The pea shape reminds people of Japanese flower arrangement, which is artistic and delicious. The last one is also good.

I originally wanted to choose the second set, but after asking, the wood-grilled wagyu in it was Australian wagyu, so I didn&rsquo;t think it was worth it, so I spent 117 euros on the first set. In fact, with the welcome snacks, pre dessert and the chocolate + bread afterwards, it was really full.

Great location for cheese and charcuterie and really good wine. The theme of the cheese and wine selection is Dombes - an outstanding region in Eastern France. The host was gracious and shared much information about the cheeses and drinks. All in all a great night out
